The Sayings of Agur, the son of Jakeh, begin somewhat contrarily, but in the best of senses. This chapter of Proverbs has overtones of melancholy Ecclesiastes, which is only one chapter’s jump, gently wafting right the way through it, particularly in the early going.

Miracles do happen despite the fact that they are often difficult to see and eventually easily forgotten. Miracles do happen despite the fact that we eventually go out of our way to seek a rational behind them. One of the ways by which miracles happen is by commanding our speech to become a reality. If what we say comes to pass as we said it would then this is a miracle.

As we drove to work one morning we were celebrating the fact that it was a beautiful sunny spring day. Suddenly it wasn’t. Within seconds we were surrounded by fog. We could barely see 20 feet in front of us. Cars slowed down, car lights flicked on, and everyone became very alert and careful as they continued to drive. Within minutes we had driven out of the fog, and once again it was a beautiful sunny spring day.

Living for God requires you to get out of church services and worship your God and Creator as an individual. You are an individual unto and God is seeking you as an individual. He does not seek you via a preacher or pastor or minister but He is looking for your heart. How to know God?

What’s THAT? THAT THERE IN THE CORNER??? If your nights go something like that perhaps you need to investigate a little further and get rid of those things that go bump in the night.

Tear-soaked eyes, or certainly a soul tending that way, usher a time for the spirit to bathe in the sublimely sorrowful pleasure of the saddest music one can find – to simply play and cry to. For in this we somehow know our souls are ministered to, healed; set free.

I thought it was a rag lying in a puddle of water, but when I looked closer, it was a tiny baby bird. “Oh so cute,” I thought as I knelt down to look closer. It didn’t move, so I carefully touched its wing producing a tiny hop from the bird.

Television and movies have made us more aware of ghosties and ghoulies and things that go bump in the night, so it makes people wonder, “Do I have a ghost attached to me?” It isn’t unusual to have a ghostly attachment. We often refer to people who can suck the life of you-meaning they drain your energy whenever they are around and it’s no different in the ghost world.

When you allow for the vast expanse of spiritual energies to be a part and parcel of your everyday movements, then the flow of life becomes much more intense and much more fulfilling. I have wanted to teach all of you about this, because some of you who have been on a spiritual journey for quite some time often do not realize that you have strayed away from some of the most basic concepts. This is the second part of a lesson channeled in from Saint Paul, the Egyptian.

There are many benefits to following your heart, but even more when you follow the heart of God. This is because the amount of wisdom you can amass is insurmountable to anything else. You can live life in a way that feeds your soul, but also eliminates impoverishment of all kinds. Each of you will always be nurtured when you invest your time in a Higher Power. This is the first part of a message received by the author from the Egyptian, whose life during his incarnation was as Saint Paul.

When it comes to the matter of spirituality and authority how do you respond and react? Spirituality without recognising properly delegated and responsible and caring authority is a dangerous situation in which one can find himself. You do hear people say at times – “Nobody is putting that on me. No one is going to tell me what to do. I want to be free to do what I want, when I want, and in the way I want to do it!” that is nothing other than rebellion. It is not even spiritual rebellion. It is really just a bad attitude. There are those who rebel against the very notion of authority when it comes to the area of true spirituality. Jesus Christ dealt with this in such a real and meaningful way. Of course, Jesus Christ, the Son of God, deals with every area of life in a real and relevant and meaningful manner, with such grace and tenderness.
