Have you had such a conversation? Clothes are more than coverings to keep us warm. There are spiritual and moral reasons for dressing modestly.

What now? You may be faced with a crisis of some sort. Perhaps a major lifestyle change or personal loss. There will be a tendency to question why this is occurring at this time and place. There are seldom suitable answers to these questions and that process alone is energy draining. You may feel unprepared to face a certain change. It can be overwhelming and anxiety causing.

Everything in existence owes its existence to a life force current, or spirit, that animates its existence. The same energy that causes my heart to beat is causing your heart to beat. The same innate intelligence that is directing the movement of every atom, molecule and cell of your body, is also directing the movement of every being, planet, star and galaxy.

I have found that through meditation I can get closer to God than through prayer. I live on a lake back in the woods, so I’m in a perfect place for meditation. I sit on the deck in the late evening or at night and I meditate while I either watch the sun set over the water or while listening to the night sounds.

The white flower was once white and then rain came and it no longer looked white. As the people passed by they all watched as the flower was purely surviving holding on to its last breath as the storm had banished its life force from it. The people stood and looked. No one took any action to save the flower. As it was the last moments of the flower, the flower reached out with a “Ahh” and said it was great while it lasted. It was fun while it lasted. It was glorious while it lasted. I appreciate your Kindness to me, looking after me, Loving and Caring for me.

To enter this freedom of your heart you are going to have to let go, surrender and leave alone your moment by moment attempt to be who you think you are. There is just no way that you can get around this one.

It was 2:00 am, but the light from the moon cast a glow that illuminated the darkness and allowed me to see into the night. I looked up into the sky and a voice within my being proclaimed, “I love you like the moon.” I immediately smiled because I recognized the voice of the Spirit that often spoke directing me to listen and understand God’s truth.
