Virgo June 2022. Towers and Truth

In the run of an ordinary day, everything has significance. Nothing is exempt! Are you aware of exactly what the indifferent billboard may be saying to you? Or the license plate just ahead of you? The next person you meet will deliver a specific message of importance IF you care to listen and observe. All things are relevant.

Jesus had good reasons to encourage my visits to the Song of the Morning Retreat, for I needed a place where I would be free to grow spiritually without restraint and learn from, compare and see the significance of other masters and spiritual paths. I was breaking away from identifying myself exclusively with my religious upbringing, which had proven beneficial as a foundation for my spiritual development but now seemed to stand in the way of it and my healing work. It was as if I had taken one step and now was taking additional steps, each rung higher and higher, as in Jacob’s ladder leading to heaven.

When you get born again, there are many things that we used to do that we cannot do anymore. Sometimes it might seem a hard task trying to change your life and reorganize it. The task is not supposed to be so hard as you now have a friend who is supposed to help you in all that you do.

How beautiful you are my Lord. An awesome wonder, worthy of my worship. I Love you Jesus, with all of my heart, with all of my strength and with all of my life. All that I am, is you. How can I live without you. Who would I be if you dint find me. Your love for me rescued me from the jaws of death. You taught me how to love, for I am loved by the best.

This is the most intimate part in your walk with Christ. Worshiping God is not just giving him lip service. It is feelings that well out from the heart. Worship is more personal than praise as it digs into the deeper parts of your relationship. It is one heart reaching out to the other.

When things go wrong, you tend to complain and murmur. There is nothing that turns the presence of God away than an attitude of offense. Asking why me all the time doesn’t change the situation. Actually, you are prolonging your stay in that situation. God deserves our worship regardless of what situation you are in. He created you. He is the author and finisher of your life, what else do you expect from him.

It’s not a secret anymore, taught around the world, the powerful tools obtained by the study of Kabbalah can be very intriguing and attractive. Many deny its power, others swear by it. It peaked my curiosity to say the least, it has been nine years now since I discovered Kabbalah. It’s no wonder to me the study of Kabbalah used to be available only to those over the age of forty with advanced spiritual wisdom, because I still don’t comprehend it entirely. But I do know this.

Paul a servant of God also had his flaws. In Cor12:7 he describes how he had been going before God in prayer about a certain issue. No one knows what exactly the issue was. Paul called it a thorn in the flesh. Bible scholars have tried to find out what he meant by this time but no one has come up with a conclusive answer. Some think that he was fighting a spiritual temptation.

Have you been in the thick of things and had no way out? You don’t know what to do. You have trusted God, held on to his promises yet nothing good seems be happening. You feel like God has not only forgotten you but he has forsaken you. The world seems to give you one piece of bad news after another.

Have you ever wondered why even after doing what you think is right, things never get better? Have you seen that life treats some people very unfairly- the good people? How come the murderers, rapists and robbers always have the last laugh after all is said and done?

In John 3 Nicodemus a ruler of the Jews came to Jesus by night an d asked him some questions that are the basis of our Christian faith. He wanted to know how a man can be born again. Jesus answered him by explaining to him that you do not need to go back into your mother’s stomach to get born again. This can only happen by being born of water and the holy spirit.
