In part one of this series, we learned that the first words Jesus spoke in the gospel of Matthew were, “Repent”, which means to feel such sorrow for sin as to be disposed to change one’s life for the better. In part 2, we will consider His next words, “Follow me.”

Chakra is the Hindu term for spinning wheel of energy. Each of us has seven major Chakra centers that are located vertically in front of the spinal column.

The aura is an energy field that surrounds and interpenetrates the physical body. This life force energy helps to nourish and sustain all life forms including the mineral, plant and animal kingdom.

The aura is an energy field that surrounds and permeates the physical body. All that we say, think and do, is reflected in our individual aura. When a person passes over into spirit, all that is reflected in one’s aura is retained in one’s spirit.

We learn here the differences between a spirit and a soul. They are different in their origin, in their function and in their destiny.

“Why does the Almighty not set times for judgment? Why must those who know him look in vain for such days?” Job 24:1 When we feel we’ve been wronged and really do want to get back at a person, this verse can make us feel even more stress.

We all accept responsibilities at the time of birth. God creates a blueprint of life, so to speak, for each of us when we are born.

My friend do you know that God’s grace and mercy is sufficient enough for all of us? The Word of God tells us that Jesus has come that we might have life, and have it more abundantly. He’s not pointing fingers; He’s not picking certain individuals out of the crowd. No, He says that He’s come that we all may have life and have it more abundantly.

Generally, spiritual awakening is when an individual perceives the world as something else that is certainly much better than how other people perceive it. In a sense, it is when an individual develops his inner consciousness and gets to be more aware of the value of things which surround him.

Peace is what everyone with sane minds want. Psalm 32 is not only a psalm lauding how good it is to be forgiven, it points us in the direction of true peace–the very footstool of joy, love, and a myriad form of virtue.

Thirty eight years is a long time to have been lying chronically sick. This is the situation which Jesus Christ meets when he walks into the pool of Bethesda on the north side of the Old City of Jerusalem. I have had the privilege of visiting this pool with groups of pilgrims on various occasions when I have been leading Holy Land tours.
