Last week I explained to you that your doctrine is your belief system. And in Romans 5:2 it says, “By faith we have access into this grace.” We Christians have a saying that goes something like this, “what faith or persuasion are you?” In other words, what is your belief system?

As a yoga practitioner and teacher for the last 20 years, I had a traumatic experience recently that I never expected to have to go through in my lifetime. As the result of a convoluted series of misunderstandings, I found myself spending a week in jail. Surprisingly enough, it resulted in some very positive outcomes!

Many believing saints say, “I like to have a glass of wine with my pasta.” “I like to have a beer when I’m grilling.” Is that ok?

Did you know that your emotions affect the planet? Yes, you sitting there reading this message have an effect upon the planet! Whenever we think with negative emotions we are affecting the mass consciousness of the world. This has been proven scientifically that there is a mass consciousness and what we think affects others.

On the cross, of all God’s character, love was all that was left. Love was all that could not be taken. Love was all that was needed. Love has saved us… If the Lamb is to receive these seven blessings, because of sacrificial love, what will we receive in eternity as we love sacrificially?

There are many faddist sects that claim to propagate the cause of sacred sexuality today. However, ancient tantra is the only genuinely spiritual path that embraces and teaches the art of celestial eroticism. This ancient Indian art of love has its roots in yoga; this is why many of the tantra exercises prescribed by a tantra teacher are in fact yogic postures that have been adapted for tantric instructions.

As we get closer to being in alignment with spiritual awakening, the question often arises as to whether we are heading in the right direction on our journey. Here are some of the various reported symptoms of spiritual awakening.

It is said that there is nothing that can be done to achieve spiritual awakening – that it is something that is bestowed by grace. And yet it is suggested that we can prepare the ground for it to happen, by making ourselves available to it. My understanding of what this means is to try to live joyfully with as much awareness as possible in the present moment.

How much do we really know the Lord Jesus? We might: have caught grasp of saving knowledge unto his name; have read our Bibles cover to cover; pray with clever perspicuity; have given away vast sums of money for God’s work; lead a ministry; or, even sponsor a child or three. But what does all that prove? Are we better for such things and have they brought us closer to God as a result?

There’s never been a better time to be a spiritual entrepreneur. And if you’re a coach, healer, psychic or complementary therapist that means YOU!

Time and tide may not wait for any man, but any man is destined to wait for many things in life. Moreover, if you can wait for earthly things and people, then similarly you should wait for and on the Lord. Life is full of situations that impose upon us the necessity to wait.
