Healing is a necessary part of ongoing spiritual development and self growth. We all have the ability to heal, but so often it just lies dormant awaiting our willingness to be open and receptive to a change in consciousness. Followers of The Craft have always been fascinated with the magick that accompanies their religion. Magick is what makes Wicca stand above the rest. It interests its’ followers with a whole lot of things to try and experience. Magick has always been encouraged by Wicca. It’s one way on how these Wiccans express their individuality and spirituality as well.

All Wiccans regardless of which coven one comes from, have a uniting vision: to protect Mother Nature. This ideology is deeply rooted in their belief that the Goddess is within nature. This is also why Wicca’s considered as a pagan religion.

If there is one thing aside from money that we badly want, it would be good health. Abundance and prosperity will be nothing if you do not have good health to keep your money growing, right? A lot of diseases have become so rampant nowadays, that we cannot help but slightly be hypochondriacs. Most Wiccans are inherent healers. They use whatever ingredient present in nature to create medicine that will ultimately cure a person of sickness and discomfort.

Losing weight is one of the ever growing fads which is here to stay. People have different reasons as to why they want to lose weight. Women want to lose extra pounds to boost their self-esteem. Society nowadays put s high regard to women who can actually maintain a 24-inch waist. We frown upon women who have big arms, wider waists, and chubby cheeks.

It is sad that in this world of fast paced living and society; a lot of people still have a sense of hate towards people who practice Wicca. Hate is such an intense emotion to build up inside our system. It not only corrupts our minds, but also translates itself into violence and unpleasant actions being taken upon this group of people. Much of society’s distaste for Wicca, or as it is popularly known; Witchcraft can be rooted back to the Witch Hunts

Mother Earth truly has given us a lot of reasons to celebrate life. It provides us with shelter, food, and clothing. The four essential elements in Wicca; earth, air, fire, and water comes from Mother Earth. Wiccans have always been consistent with their emphasis on nature worship. In every living creature, the goddess is within everyone; just waiting to be discovered and explored.

I am here not to defend Wicca as a religion, but I am to state some truths about their beliefs. Witches have always been associated with old ladies with pointy nose, long nails, and broomsticks. This is not true of course.

I need to have “a ministry of silence.” Yes, I’ve gone to talk; that’s what they have invited me to do. But in between, before and after the sessions, over breakfast, lunch, tea, and supper, and sometimes far into the night, I will need to have a ministry of silence. And you know all of us can do this! We talkers, counselors, and teachers need to listen before we lecture, advise, or hand out our biblical anything!

We are all master alchemists. We are conscious bodies of divine love and compassion that know how to transmute energy in order to serve us. The best example of this is that we alchemized energy in order to create our physical world.

“That it harm none, do as thou wilt.” These are the eight words that compose the Wiccan Rede. This advice is what most Wiccans take into consideration for every choice or action that they make. It has different versions; from old English to the more contemporary version of English. Nonetheless, in essence it reminds each and everyone; Wiccan or not, to take responsibility of our actions.
