No one likes a church visit that turns negative. But the reality is that it is impossible to keep every visit positive. The grace of God is sufficient for you. You may be thinking that your situation is the worse on earth. With man it is impossible but with God all things are possible. God will make a way when there seems to be no way. That’s what the Word of God says so then believe it is possible. Why? It is because God’s grace is sufficient and His strength is made perfect in weakness. It doesn’t lack, it abounds in everything in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Also, since everything is part of that same Whole we are linked to everything else in the universe. For our entire existence everything we see, feel, hear and touch, including the air we breathe, the food we eat, are all part of God: The Whole.

If a guest minister or lay preacher only has to fill the pulpit from time to time, then each sermon might be independent of the others. To really become a faithful minister of God, a man or woman must take notice of the following important points and remember them always. The first point is very simple and it is the fact that you are not called to judge other ministers. You are called to be a player and not a referee, see Mathew 7: 1-5. This is very important because many ministers of God spend so much time and effort in criticising other ministers and ministries that they have no more time left for real ministry.

A minister of God is the one called to be a blessing to all people he is sent to in all the world. His duty is to help people become better and not bitter, as a minister of God, he is expected to be a leader, a role model, a disciplined, and respected member of the society. A minister of God is the one God called with a specific assignment to contribute to bringing peace to the people of the earth. There are so many different kinds of assignment ministers are called to perform, no minister of God can do all the works of the ministry. In other to be effective, a minister of God must know the specific field of assignment he was called to perform.
