During the earlier days, folks primarily utilized their instincts along with their psychic abilities in order to figure out the world and live life in such a manner that they’ll attract positive energy in any respect times. Although, it is now an entirely different scenario these days, especially that we now reside in such a materialistic world wherein scientific technologies and discoveries rule our way of life.

My spiritual teacher and mentor once said, “God is the next higher ordering force in one’s life. To a dog, God is his master.” Most people seek out a higher ordering force of some kind.

We know oh so well Post-Haiti and Chile that the physical world shakes, nudging the Richter scale, as these parts of the world threaten to break catastrophically apart, doing so locally. Our response, emotionally? We’re tempted to lose hope for the future of this physical world and for our safety and welfare.

There comes a time in this walk of life when we are faced with trials and we have to rely solely on our faith in God. It’s one thing to know what the word of God tells you but what do you do when you’re faced with a scary situation. Sometimes when trials comes, it’s so easy to focus on the negative aspects of the situation that we neglect to stand firm on the word of God. When faced with a difficult trial its easy to feel like you’re alone.

Have you ever been inspired to the point where you feel like you can conquer the world, and the next day it’s like all that inspiration has been sucked out of you? We notice from experience that inspiration comes in spurts. How do we maintain a constant level of motivation for anything that we apply ourselves to in life? I feel that many times we loose our inspiration when we take our mind off the goal, or whatever makes us inspired.

For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. – 1 Timothy 6:10. Is your faith solely in money or is it in the overall blessings of God? When you reap a harvest in a form of a blessing, other than money, how do you know it’s a true harvest?

Are you supportive of others in your life, or do you take a selfish approach to getting ahead in life? In order to get ahead, sometimes you have to put others ahead of yourself. You have to give unto others and extend a helping hand.

In this article I will be discussing the often treacherous road we take on our paths. What is meant by that and what we can do to avoid the pitfalls of this false dichotomy. There are other alternatives to being secretly Wiccan and I will divulge my opinions on those and the benefit of the same. We are always who we are and we tend to stifle the truth about ourselves when it could prove to “go against us”. It is within this scope that I will be speaking here.

It’s common that we have influences in our life but as we grow mature in Christ we start to discover who we are in Him. Many times we’re looking to others for validation when our true validation comes from Christ. In the process of seeking the approval of others we lose focus on where the true validation comes from. Because of this, some people start to emulate the behaviors of people that they look up to.

The Word of God tells us that our gifts will make room for us. Are you using yours? I believe that we all have a gift inside of us whether we know it or not. No, I’m not talking about a gift wrapped in a bow and shiny wrapping paper. I’m talking about our spiritual gifts, those gifts that we were born with that were given to us from the Father.

Perhaps you’ve been hit by the downfall of the recession. Maybe you’re out of a job or perhaps you’ve had the unfortunate experience of having your home foreclosed on.

Everybody is invited to the Master’s table. The voice is calling, unrelenting. Sadly though, not everyone hears, not everybody could enter and have a short time with the One who truly tended to us most. Nonetheless, everybody is never-ending spark in the universe. Once conceived, we are staying for eternity.
