The place of worship is the new battle ground in the minds of singles and married couples. When the women of the local church pull their husbands close to them when the new woman visits the church, someone is either concerned or insecure. It seems the church is the place where the women put on display, their new shoes, the results of their diets, their new dress.

Meditation as a whole and not just Buddhist meditation is a process that a person uses to quiet the mind and body so one can become away of a higher truth. Meditation has been incorporated in virtually all religions around the world. Of course not all religions use the actual term “meditation”, it can be referred to as praying the rosary and so on. Meditation is not always and does not need to be associated with religion. There are plenty of people that meditate daily who have no religious affiliation or even have a believe in God. Meditation can stand on its own without religion, do to the many health benefits both physically and psychologically. A successful Buddhist meditation is when the mind becomes quiet without thoughts and the meditator is no longer aware of the body.

I am going to attempt, in less than 500 words, explain how any believer can grow so strong in the Lord that other would consider you a powerful and professional Christian. I am using the word professional in the same sense as one would call a professional football player. Not every Christian will be the next Billy Graham and not every football player will be the next David Beckham. However every Christian is called to be powerful, walking in the spirit, showing signs and wonders.

Capitalism took a hard right turn after WWII and became consumerism. When this happened, it had profound, negative, and usually unexamined effects upon ethics, morality, and spirituality. This series of articles examines what those effects are, and suggests a path out of our dilemma.

Visualize each Chakra or energy vortex as a spinning wheel or fan, spinning clockwise. Start with your Crown Chakra, moving downward to your Root Chakra. As one who facilitates healing using energy modalities, I will occasionally get questions of concern about whether or not energy healing is of God or of evil. I usually respond with explanations of hands-on healing found in the Gospels and epistles of the Christian scriptures. In almost every healing Jesus did he laid hands on the individual.

Many of us are unaware that we are made of the Five Elements in material, energetic, psychological and spiritual ways. This article suggests how we can learn more about our true inner hidden nature so we can live more happy, loving and productive lives now. Imagine if you could energetically balance the Five Elements within you so they worked together as a unity synergistically. How different would your life be? Instead of having five horses constantly pulling you in different directions simultaneously, your inner intentional “Wind Horses” would follow your will. They would lead you to your chosen goals and meaningful future dreams, magnetically and magnificently fulfilled.

If you are someone who believes that your body is the product of design rather than then the product of pointless accidental mutation, then the above statement needs to be expanded from its historical application to the first and most significant gift from the incomprehensible genius, creator of all things that made the human body a work of animated art. The body, which includes ones brain which is our interface with reality, the means to acquire experience knowledge understanding and wisdom.

Our body is like a home for our spirit, for this lifetime. If you had a spirit, and that spirit had a brand new home, your body, how would you decorate that home so it would feel like a comfortable home for your spirit? What colors, what fabrics would the spirit choose to decorate the walls of its home, your body? Joyful colors, beautiful colors, soft pastels, smooth, soft fabrics nourish the body and help the body hold the light of the spirit, so that the spirit can more easily do what it came here to do.
