I would like to take this time to express my attitude of gratitude to the Most High God. I realize that the more I am grateful for what I already have, is the more that will be added to me. How many of you want to keep pouring into a person time, resources and energy without them recognizing and appreciating it? I guessed right. None of you would do that. I urge you not to take for granted the things you already have no matter how big or small. When you are tempted to complain about what is not working in your life, take the time to thank God for that which is working. He will give you more to be thankful for.

Part of daily life is the search for mental and physical stimulation, excitement and personal attention. These are very strong psychological/sociological needs and must be filled or we develop an inner longing and emptiness. Often, in a search for higher knowledge, this psychological emptiness or longing gets confused with the higher emptiness.

There is so much trouble in the world today that many people actually take medication, just to cope with the issues and conditions of life. Wars, attacks, murders, earthquakes, hurricanes, and other calamities are happening all over the place. And, instead of things letting up, they appear to getting worse. And then there are the daily concerns regarding, family relationships and struggles, health issues, and dare we mention the financial crisis, which although some are promising will get better, seem to be, on some fronts, getting worse. What can we do?

There is no way to go through life avoiding people. One of the things that you should understand though is that the law of attraction is something that could potentially help you with dealing with these people. If you find that you are thinking negatively then you will attract others who are negative. If you are thinking positively then you will find others who are positive.

Forgiveness is available for all who truly desire to be forgiven. God has provided the means for each of us to experience the joy of a conscience free from guilt. His provision, through the Lord Jesus Christ, His Son, can release us from the tension and stress brought about through the awareness of some wrong that we may have done. Guilt is a mental force, which can cause undue depression and the fear of future punishment, brought about by the wrath of Almighty God. But we can be forgiven, regardless of the sin that we may have done. Yes, we can experience real inner peace with God, knowing that He has released us from our sins and washed them away. God has made the way to receive His forgiveness easy. As a matter of fact, His way is so simple that, much of the time, people cannot believe that it is that easy.
