Neuroscientist: ““USE THIS MORNING ROUTINE, You Will Feel Energized All Day”

We take the strongest metals and form them into gigantic ships that cross the length and breath of the immense sea. We build luxury vessels to transport people from all levels of society for the pleasure of enjoying the splendor of the ocean and all of its ports of call. All of our eyes are wide open in wonder to its magnificence. Yet do the people acknowledge who placed this superb and mighty opulence for all man to see?

What if we were to let go of our expectations? Would we see the world as a place full of choices?

This week, I want you to join me in seeking God for increased wisdom. If you’ve never asked Him before, I want you to go to Him fervently and pray for clarity and divine revelation. There are some things in your life that you may currently be blind to, that God wants you to see.

It is written in Ephesians 4-8 wherefore he saith, when he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive and gave gifts unto men. Everybody in the church has a part in the edification of the body of Christ. 1 Corinthians 12-7 says, “Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.” Everyone that is of Christ and is part of the body of Christ has an obligation to serve one anther with their spiritual gifts.

In the experience of spiritual evolution, you rise higher and higher as you gain greater knowledge and faith about your own spiritual power. You feel as though you can do anything, be anything and have anything you want. But then just when you think that you are complete like God, suddenly things come crashing down and you feel as though you are brought down to nothing once again. You wonder what is the meaning of it all and start to question the reality of your own powers and knowledge.

Have you ever seen someone so Beautiful on the outside and so empty on the inside? Do looks matter when it comes to Love? Or does Love become the looks? Some are only looking for the Rich on the outside and live with this knowing that the outside is the only thing that matters and then they have an unfortunate awakening to the Truth. Some are only looking for the Short cut to get what they want out of life and miss the Wonderful opportunities of connection and growth along the way.

Light is never more important and necessary than in moments of darkness. It is at your darkest hour that you need your greatest light to shine. You don’t need the light when you are already in the light. When you are able to have the light in the darkest place, you can have the light in every place. You are able to move across all levels of vibrations without getting stuck at any. You are always able to move from the lower to the higher.

The first time I enter the concert hall I am greeted by an explosion of sensory input, Indian music fills the room, hundreds of people are milling about and there is a small marketplace at the back of the hall with devotees selling a wide variety of spiritual products to eager buyers. All the activity reminds me of the fabulous chaos of India and for a moment I forget I am actually at the Manhattan Center in the middle of NYC. Everyone is gathered for one purpose, to have a chance to be in the in the presence of what many consider a living saint.

Finding inner peace is difficult because we fear being judged inadequate. Nothing could be further from the truth.

In many religious texts it is suggested that our body is the finite component to and infinite soul which exists within us all. This infinite source is sometimes referred to as our spirit, our soul, our higher conscious, our chakra, etc. What ever your spiritual beliefs are, define the words associated to this divine part of ourselves.

The primary message of the Asharem is to transcend separation – to perceive the bridge that exists between objects, emotions, people, energy and the universe. The ability to bend time and space exists here and now within consciousness – it simply needs to be directed.
