The foreground of discipleship is difficulty. So, it’s the case that a choice for a life of devotion – though it is profoundly meaningful and necessary – is also a choice for a life of acknowledged difficulty – at least as an outsider would see it. You see, the devotee doesn’t see it as a life of difficulty, for whether there is difficulty or ease is irrelevant to them.

Look folks, there is no escaping this Truth. Sinners will NOT inherit The Kingdom of God – period. Nor will mythical redeemed sinners, because redeemed sinners are still sinners and those that boast in this condition will openly admit that they still sin and are not perfect, so they are still sinners by their own admission. So how will they enter The Kingdom of God? In order to enter The Kingdom, which includes attending the wedding feast of Yashua Anointed, we must be clothed in spotless bridal gowns – perfect and without blemish, so how do we obtain this spotless perfection so that we can attend and enter?

Jesus prophesied that before his return, many religious charlatans and prophets will come out. “For many will come in my name, saying, ‘I’m the Christ,’ and will mislead many” (Mathew 24:5). In Luke 21:8 Jesus tells his disciples to watch out that they are not deceived by false prophets and Christs.

The Bible is a God-breathed document. Those who contributed were God’s direct messengers. The Bible text transcends that of human words and wisdom. It is from another world.

Who else thinks that their spirit guide or guardian angel is there to protect you from danger? Is your spiritual sense that angels and spirit guides are watching out to make sure you never fall, fail or get frustrated by the way your life is going? If you are anything like the vast majority of questions we get about personal protectors from above.

It’s easy to lose hope in a world that is clearly collapsing and showing its ugliest aspects on its way down. There is so much darkness and ignorance around, so much injustice and destruction, so much pain and fear. Yet this is also the time we’ve been waiting for-a time of great hope for those willing to do the light work to rise above all this and bring in a brighter cycle.

Let’s peek inside the average Bible-preaching church. We find transformed sinners of all stamps: ex-drunks, ex-addicts, families restored, formerly wayward youth and the worst sinners of all, the ex-arrogant fools who thought they did not need Jesus.

WE CANNOT always predict the trials that are impending. Those difficulties that are inbound, we cannot always see; not until sometimes they are right there in front of us. Many times it’s not until we are blindsided that we determine the trouble we are in. This is certainly the case when life situations and circumstances tend their way virulently against us, causing mental dissonance, emotional flurry, and spiritual chaos. We need faith for the trials impending.

Let me warn you right now. This is going to be a VERY controversial message. OK.

Yes, I know, as I’m reminded by my wife, I’m part of it. Doesn’t mean I’m comfortable with it, though. The popularity gospel – the preaching of the Word ‘in competition’ with others over social media (for, there are so many people wanting a greater reach, and then there’s dilution of effectiveness with more voices, etc) – is something that the enemy has a field day with. I’ve had my own varying experiences of both trying to maximise my reach and decry the success or otherwise of others. I’m ashamed to say it.

So why are Yashua Anointed’s Commandments NOT grievous? Are you saying that all the other commandments ARE grievous? Yes I am, very grievous indeed and that’s because man’s sins are also very grievous in Yashua Anointed’s sight, hence He took ALL those sins with Him to the cross in order to deal with them once and for all. However that’s not to say that there aren’t a stubborn stiff-necked few who continually trample all over His redemptive sacrifice by invoking The Law and choosing to go back under it, even after it having been nailed to His cross. Amazing I know, but true.
