A lifetime of healing and mystical experiences both in the physical and spirit world are the authority behind the words I share. My intent is to give hope regarding life and its never ending opportunities for expression here on earth and in the subtle vibratory planes. We never lose anyone nor do we lose our identity as soul.

How does one connect on a spiritual level with themselves? Personally, I believe Meditation is one way to achieve this. All of us go through life struggling to find ourselves. We always ignore the power our minds and bodies possess.

This is your life. Right now, today, and every moment of this day, up until you sat down to read this article, is your life. It’s not tomorrow or yesterday, but today, right now.

All the threads of my being form the tapestry of my story. My experiences are interwoven with yours. And thus, we are transformed by all experiences. Our enemy becomes our friend. Our depression becomes our illumination. In the interweaving of elements, our stories form.

Self improvement and spirituality aren’t too often spoken in the same breath, but perhaps it is time to redress that balance. Let us be clear here: spirituality does not mean religion, (although it doesn’t exclude it), and self improvement does not require you to abandon all your knowledge, history or beliefs.

The time to step into power, presence, and mastery is now. The time to live our vision, be our vision, and make our dreams come true is now.

Science has established that our existence is in multi-dimensions. Of course we are all aware of 3 that we deal with on a daily basis. Everything in our objective reality has height, width and length. A fourth dimension we can’t see but we do experience it and that is time. But science has postulated that there are many more universes that we are unable to access through objective reality.

The dream world is one that is very strange and scary for many people. There have been books, movies and songs made about dreams. We go to sleep and all of a sudden we are in this world that is timeless and void of anything we know of reality.

I got into a discussion on the law of attraction on another blog the other day. A person asked me how can the law of attraction work when it says that like attracts like and science says that opposites attract?

A famous tradition from the Ojibway (Chippewa) tribe was the creation of “dream catchers,” which were made by sinew strands that they would tie in a web around a small round frame. The dream catchers would protect the tribe’s children from nightmares when they were sleeping. According to their legend, all bad dreams would get caught in the webs they had prepared. Such devotion to the meaning of their dreams was so remarkable that we must admit that American Indians certainly were able to decipher their hidden messages.

The idea of our having a dual identity as spiritual beings who also are experiencing a simultaneous, but temporary, adventure in the physical world is central to many spiritual teachings. The channeled spiritual writings in this article explain this dual identity and describe our continuing challenge of maintaining an awareness of our spiritual self while functioning in the physical world. They remind us that there is no separation between the two worlds, even though the influence of mass consciousness conveys the impression that our physical identity is our only reality.
