In today’s information age, ideas abound about Jesus Christ. Bloggers, YouTube videos, Chat rooms, New York Times best sellers, and Wikipedia articles all weigh in with viewpoints about Jesus Christ. The compelling question is how reliable are the sources? Where should one begin to reach a verdict about Jesus Christ? Who should I trust?

When I retired I found my true work. But, it was way outside the scope of what I had ever worked on in my life.

Children are brought up to believe witches are old hags in pointy hats dancing around a boiling cauldron full of frogs and bat wings. From this, and irrational fear can develop which expands, helped by ignorance, into hatred and persecution. But we do not need to fear witches, just as we do not need to fear any religion, we just need to be wary of the extremists.

Although many would deny it vehemently, people appear to know that there is life, or something, after death. One only has to read the special messages placed in newspapers. There is much talk regarding spirituality in these present days but the type and quality and positive reality of our spirituality is exceedingly important because of its consequences and eternal significance. There is an attraction in what is forbidden. Resist the forbidden with all your might. Jesus Christ taught that there is a great gulf fixed, so that those who want to go from here to you cannot, nor can anyone cross over from there to us. Spirituality is undoubtedly important and vital and crucial but the quality and type of spirituality has eternal repercussions of which many people are totally unaware.

What is a Soul? In my way of understanding, a Soul is that part of you which is all encompassing. A Soul is the vessel of all that is Sacred within your physical entity and that which is Spiritual Energy in its purest form.

Change is not something most humans like or wish to undergo because it requires accepting responsibility, in part, for where you find yourself now in this moment. What do you think the “cost” is to remain where you are?

The spirits say to always bring your dreams to a good end. I first learned this in a shamanic dream class. We wore dream robes at night that were imbued with our own shamanic dream symbols. Going to bed was a ritual in itself, with pure intent to dream and heal in the dreaming process. The dream state allows us to be magical and creative and taking back our dream state leads to wellness in the “awakened” state of consciousness.

This warm cozy nest I call your “inner home” is found inside your heart. This sacred place can only be found through total surrender to existence. When the ego lets go, there is no room for suffering and the divine is instantly experienced. As long as you are following your thoughts, believing them to be real, you cannot find Reality. While the mind/ego is running the show, the door to the divine remains closed. 

Ram [soul] and ayan [journey] means journey of soul from time to eternity, from bounds of ego consciousness to the limitless expanse of cosmic expansion and from ignorance to competence. Ramayana is the spiritual science of spiritual growth and progress towards self realization.

At an early age, I learned that God was a Being who dwelled in a place far from where I ever stood. I learned to commune with the transcendent God of the Above, not the immanent Divine Within. But over the years, as I let go of childish thinking and took responsibility for my spiritual life, my perception of God changed dramatically.
