Summer missions trips have become routine events in many church calendars, but could your church’s missions program be improved? Returning Summer Mission’s teams offer great input in answering that question. As the saying goes, “Hindsight is 20/20.” Good debriefing helps pastors turn hindsight into foresight for the next year’s programs. Here are six great ideas to enhance your debriefing of returning short term missions participants.

Forgiveness of sins is reciprocal, meaning that if you forgive others’ sins, you will receive forgiveness of your sins from God. Forgiveness of sins is one of the constituent parts of jurisdiction. In pardoning sins, God absolves the sinner from the condemnation of the law. Forgiveness of sins rests on the account of the work Christ wherein he removes the guilt of sins or the sinners’ actually liability to eternal wrath and woes. This was done when he cried in a loud voice on the cross, IT IS FINISHED!
