But it is necessary that it be addressed. Religion can be a very powerful force for good in this world. It can also be one of the most divisive forces in the world as well. In fact, I contend that religion and the predominant concept that most people have of God is outdated and out of touch with the unlimited beauty and order of the universe. Christianity is at the forefront of this outdated concept of God that is dominant in American society. God or the concept of God is in serious need of a makeover.
