What’s the REASON for the season? Is it to make me sad that another year has passed. Is it to look back at my failed past.

There comes a time in our lives, if we’re extremely fortunate, when a spirit of change, and an earnest seeking to truly mature, sweeps over us. None of us are born mature; and to a point, we never really ‘arrive’ at maturity.

As humans we strive to create balance in our lives at all times, aside from eating well and staying active we need to take care of your chakras. In order to do this properly we must first know where each one is in our bodies and what it is they represent.

One Sunday I watched “Brothers and Sisters” on television. I can’t remember much of the show, because at one point, one of the brothers said something that kept rattling around in my mind – and here it is: “Dreams bring responsibilities.” I started thinking about the dreams I have – ie: having books published, being debt-free, being my perfect weight, travelling the world, etc.

When we don’t trust God, our faith erodes because we don’t believe. However when we believe God one step at a time, our faith is built up.

People often see the glamorous side of ministry but not the hard work that got the person in that position. One professor I had said, “Everyone wants to be up on the platform ministering, but not everyone has something to say.”
