GEMINI JANUARY 2022 HOROSCOPE with CAILIN

This article is simply my views as a religious man in the wake of 9/11 and some of the ridiculous behavior of many through the years. My hopes are that the reader will benefit and understand the points that I will be making.

A common saying heard by many is “The Lord works in mysterious ways.” Well nothing can be more true and yet so confusing. People going through hard times that really have not grasped God’s purpose often question why they are being made to suffer and go through these events. I have found myself there many times asking “Why me?”

When people think of the bible, it is usually a sore subject, this maybe because people automatically think that the bible will condemn them. The truth is that the bible is a very spiritual book, that teaches men how to cleanse them self so that they can properly serve God who created them. Some say that there is only on God, but if we read the bible it says that there are more than one.

To truly benefit from worship, you must understand what worship is and why it is so important. The dictionary describes worship as assigning worth to a person or thing. While that may be worship in its most simple form, it entails much more. Worshiping the Lord also involves the heart. It is not something that is just a ritual or a set of motions.

The Universe by it’s nature is abundant. When we are expressing our natural authentic self we are in a position to experience richness in each aspect of our natural selves.

People often worship the Lord for the wrong reasons and do not see the whole picture. The reason why we should give our praise to him is because he is our creator and made the world that we sometimes take for granted. This is the real reason why we should dedicate ourselves to him and feel privileged to be in his presence. The Lord asks us to worship him even during the toughest times and serve his purpose.

Many are in search of peace: in mind, spirit, relationships. A word study in the scriptures reveals that praise is the catalyst for achieving lasting peace.

There are many skeptics out there that make it a point to say that praying to the Lord and believing in him is silly. They ask, “How can you pray and worship someone that may or may not have existed?” When something is not tangible, it does not mean it never was. Was Picasso not a real person?

  It is a common feature of Buddha statues from around the world that they all possess large elongated ears which is seemingly contrary to that of western culture which regards small ears as a thing of beauty. In eastern culture large ears are regarded as being auspicious and thought to indicate both wisdom and compassion. As the Buddha himself is regarded as an exemplar in history and practice as the compassionate one it is natural that depictions of him in art and culture should also be similarly represented.
