The purpose of prayer in pain is as a vehicle for growth and intimacy with God. The Lord desires for not only our healing, but, in the process, that we would know God irrevocably well.

God wants much more of us than our religion. He seeks a relationship. And we need it!

Almighty means all possible. When all possibilities exist anything & everything can happen. When anything can happen, anything might occur.

Everywhere you go at the moment you see the trappings for Christmas have well and truly made their way into the shops. Suddenly you get this wake-up call that the end of the year is fast approaching and perhaps you had better start to do something about it. It is a popular time for family gatherings and celebrations with friends. Most of the time the goodwill shared within the group is enough to maintain a light and hearty cheerfulness, however close proximity and the help of too much celebrating can create some unwanted aggravation. So this is probably one of the best times in the year to enlist some help from our friends in the Crystal Kingdom, to help ensure peace, goodwill, love, harmony and co-operation at our gatherings.

Chrysocolla gets its name from the Greek chrysos, “gold”, and kolla, “glue”, referring to the material used since the earliest times by goldsmiths as an ingredient for solder and mentioned by Theophrastus, a Greek philosopher and botanist back in 315 BCE. Chrysocolla is a hydrated copper silicate that has a monoclinic crystal system and forms in the oxidation zones of copper rich ore bodies. It is usually found as botryoidal masses, crusts and vein fillings. It is coloured blue, Cyan or blue-green and green and sometimes found with brown or black splotches. It has a Mohs hardness of 2.5 to 3.5.

What an inspiration and privilege and joy it has been to spend time studying this theme of Worship and Prayer and Intercession over these past few months, but it has not simply been a matter of academic study but putting into practice what I have been discovering and learning has been essential. Have you been one of the growing number of intercessors who has been praying over these past months and years for Revival? We have a Prayer Day with the set purpose of coming before God and praying for revival and renewal and as I have been studying this vital theme of Worship and Prayer I note how frequently lament is introduced. We see that particularly in many of the Psalms. Does not lament lie at the heart of our concern when we are praying for revival and restoration and renewal? There is that note of lament sounded at the Prayer Days at Drumossie outside Inverness where a group of concerned Pastors and Leaders have been meeting to pray and give thanks and worship and intercede.
