Chinese Master: “I’ll Teach You HOW TO SLEEP CORRECTLY”

Increasing research into quantum physics and the quest for greater understanding of the human energy field has brought forth an altogether novel discovery that we do live in a Holographic Universe. Not only do we live in a continuously morphing field of energy responding to our very thoughts and senses, but what we consider to be the ‘mind’ exists not in our brain but in that dynamic field of energy.

You have three centers: thinking, feeling and being. You have three centers: the head, the heart and your nature. Feeling is much closer to your nature than thinking.

In appreciation for my beginning education and spiritual foundation in Catholicism, I found a path to a religious belief better suited for my sassy, wild ways: Wicca and witchcraft. Declaring myself as such put a tremendous strain on my relationship with my staunchly religious Catholic family.

Personal power is something that every living thing on this planet has. It does not matter if you are a human, dog, cat, tree, plant, or any other living thing – we all have our own personal power. So, what is personal power anyways?

At the close of this day, what will be your most cherished moments, of the happenings of this day? When you sat in your quiet time this morning, did you seek to receive a message of beauty and blessing for the lives of others you will come in contact with today? “Let your requests be made known to God,” is a command we receive with the thinking that we have considered what we want.

Everyone wants change and in all areas of their lives. Some want this for their jobs, while others are focusing on their love lives, and yet others want pretty much everything in their life to change. How can you increase the rate of change when everything in life has its own gestational periods?

Go for the gold! You should always feel lifted up by your potential and power. However, it is only you who can feel the goodness of what you are doing. Loving yourself will make a difference.

Interconnectedness? What is that even mean? It is the process of everything and everyone being connected, a oneness about life. Now how does this apply to you and your life in general?

House and home cleansings can be done for many reasons. I am not talking about the typical spring cleaning, but an energetic one to remove negative and stagnant energy, energetic debris, earth energy lines that can cause harm and damage, electromagnetic wave interference from appliances, and even spiritual entities that feed off of energy spots.

Sometimes, the least inspiring part of the Sunday service is listening to the lector read the lessons for the day. If you are a lector, why not paint a picture with your voice when you tell the story? Instead of their eyes being glued to their programs or Bibles, your congregants will be focused on you. That should be your goal as a reader.

A pay off is a benefit that comes from hanging on to a belief, a behaviour or a fear. If your mother taught you that it is ‘your fate’, to be poor, or that nothing can be done about changing your state, your pay off was that by accepting what she taught you: her point of view, her fears and her beliefs, she loved you, approved of you, and she was on your side.

Using the same example in part 1, we can then give up any fear that might bring us what we do not want: fear of diseases, fear of accidents, fear of dying and so on. We give up something and we replace it with something else that is life sustaining, and with images of safety.
