CAPRICORN: A Gift From Spirit You’ve Worked SO HARD For!

A Deeper Walk Wth God Part 2

God wants us to know Him. And we can know Him if we approach Him with an honest and sincere heart, and a determined focus to draw close to Him. Many people frustrate their personal knowledge of God by attempting to complicate the process. But, according to the Bible, we can all know God intimately and draw as close to Him as we want to be. Now to me, that is GOOD NEWS. We can actually have fellowship with OMNIPOTENCE. We can hear from God and know His Voice. One of the keys to such a place with Him is prayer. Prayer is misunderstood much of the time, but by definition, to pray simply means to commune with God. It means to speak to Him, opening your heart to Him, worshipping Him and asking for His help and guidance. It is receiving His love and acceptance of you in Jesus Christ. Prayer is vital to a deeper walk with God.

What Do You Long For? (Psalm 119:174)

“I long for your salvation, Lord, and your law gives me delight” (Psalm 119:174). The psalmist has poured out his heart, perhaps over many years, in the writing of Psalm 119.

Conquering Fear Through Love

When it comes to conquering fear, we normally think of faith or courage. But love is probably the number one way to get the job done.

Do We Love God or The Word of God? (Psalm 119:167)

We love to use the word “love”, don’t we? I love football and pizza and ice cream — not to mention 1,001 other things that may or may not deserve such a high accolade.

Catholic Evangelization and the Family – What Can We Do?

As its English title shows, the document Instrumentum Laboris (The Pastoral Challenges of the Family in the Context of Evangelization) put out by the extraordinary synod of the bishops in Rome discusses the challenges the Church faces in communicating to the modern world the connection between the truth of marriage and family life and the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As Catholics seeking to become true disciples of Jesus, what can you and I do to share the good news of marriage and family life?

Why We Should Put Our Faith in God Over the World

Many of us are accustomed to following what we can see with our eyes. Most of us like to have a future we can predict. We like to have things prepared and organized. We like to know what to expect; we prefer to be in our comfort zones.

Listen To Your Inner Wisdom And Create The Life You Truly Desire

When your life is controlled and manipulated by other people they become in control and you become just a simple observer, with no control over what happens in life. In effect, you become a passenger, someone who is just in a trance and owes their life to other people. This is not where you want to be at all. This makes you believe that someone else will create the life of your dreams and not you, which is a completely unrealistic thought.

Why Every Church Needs An Intercession Ministry

Many churches nowadays fail dismally in prayer, because we tend to just go through the motions – a very human thing to do. A Spirit-less church is a common phenomenon wherever we make the prayer ministry not important enough.

The Imperative of Baptism In the Regenerative Journey

Conversion is the regenerative event. It is the moment that a decision is made for Christ. It is also the moment that Christ puts his Spirit into the emergent believer.

For the Glory of the Kingdom of God

Jesus, himself, mandated that we go beyond our local town or city, into the country, beyond our country, into all the world. Not that Jesus is calling everyone to ‘go’, but he is calling us all to be involved – to pray, to support, or to go.

Right Head, Right Hands, Right Heart

The Greatest Commandment, as it is translated, is the imperative that is to encapsulate all facets of the Christian life. The task of Christian discipleship, which is more a quest of ongoing sanctification, requires a right head (right thinking), right hands (right practice), and a right heart (the right motive).

Why Does the Psalmist Pray for Salvation in Psalm 119?

We don’t know who wrote Psalm 119, but we do know much about him because he mentions his circumstances many times. In Psalm 119:153-160 he is especially concerned about his situation, for seven of the eight verses in this stanza make mention of it.
