Accepting the Baptism of God
Nowadays baptism is a public demonstration that we acknowledge we belong to God and are committing to live re-born lives. By Divine re-birth, having asked God to put to death the old life, which was free to the sinful nature – having buried that old life – we come to consummate and accelerate our friendship and partnership with God.

Church Denominations Influence Us More Than the Gospel Truth – What the Bible Says Is TrueWe have so many opinions, theories and theologies today that we often don’t have a clue what God is really saying. We believe whatever sounds best to us. And today we have so many churches and denominations that seeing a list of them can cause insanity. This effects our thinking about the cross, end times and everything else. We must learn to listen to God alone, as Hebrews says three times.
Active Men in Ministry, What Can You Do?As the leader of the Men in Ministry in your local church, there are many things that you can do. The question always is, where do I start or what can I do to impact the men’s lives to free them to carry out The Great Commission?
In the Bible, the Godly leaders do not form leadership committees. They hear from God and deliver the message. Here I will draw on Moses, who never led anything but sheep and now was placed in the position to lead about 800,000 out of Egypt, then in the dessert for 40 years.
What Is The Church Of Christ? The church is mentioned directly in singular and plural connotation about hundred and eighteen times in the New Testament. There’s confusion and misunderstanding in so many quarters as to what is the church of Christ. The first mention of the church came out of Apostle Peter’s answer to his question, “but whom say ye that I am? Here’s what Jesus Christ said, “and I say also unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it,” (Matthew 16:18, KJV). It’s important to note here that, Jesus was referring to the revelation given to Peter that he was the Messiah, the chosen and anointed one.

Stewardship – Seven Powerful PrinciplesThe word steward is commonly used in the secular and spiritual world. This article is centered on biblical stewardship. I personally consider two individuals in the bible as “Master Stewards” Eliezer in the house of Abraham, Genesis 39:1-8, and Joseph in Potiphar’s house, Genesis 39:1-8. The quality of their stewardship and character are worthy of emulation.
Is Our Reality Really Real?Today’s topic of conversation, between my husband (Jeff) and I, was a rather mind-boggling one. We were discussing whether we are actually real. It went downhill and totally screwy from there I’m afraid…
Wonderfully MadeWe are stamped with the Maker’s Mark. Our bodies, minds and personalities have the design of God written all over them. For this we not only should accept, but never appropriately condemn. Appreciating how we’re made, and cherishing the very material of our unique individual humanity, is one of the highest forms of respect we can pay our Lord.
