There are things that if we work hard we can receive the rewards and there are things that we may not or will lose them after we have received them. Knowing which is guaranteed and which is not can make us wiser and happier. Treasure the time that we still have and can work on them.

If the story is not true, then the reason for using the story to make something else true is ….well…not true. Time to wake up.

Spirituality manifests itself as joy of life when you get in contact with your higher consciousness or soul – the real you. Here is a meditation technique to help you get in touch with your soul.

Do you feel other people’s feelings as though they are your own? Are you often called supersensitive? Do you battle with guilt when ever you say no? You could be an Empath.

If you’re currently in a difficult or upsetting situation, change your focus: declare a new causation. Simple but not always easy. In the beginning was the word. And here is where your word really counts. What will you declare? What new ideas will you set in motion?

Success in anything comes from self esteem. The Oxford University Press Dictionary defines self-esteem as confidence in one’s own worth or abilities. You gain confidence in your abilities by doing. The problem is that we usually never attempt something believed impossible. In other words, you have to believe you can do it, before you have the courage to try. The feelings inside us keep saying that we are not good enough. They say we can’t be any more than mediocre, and it’s a struggle to go that far. The situation is no where near as bad as our negative feelings would lead us to believe. We must reject such harsh attacks on our self esteem. Everyone has a right to feel positive about themselves. The reason is as old as the world. We were created in the image of God!

The truth is that even if our jobs are not good, we can make them exciting by using some of the same techniques that have been used in indigenous communities, and spiritual communities, since the beginning. If we can use those techniques to strengthen our ability to handle stress, to increase our creativity, and to help us see the world in a larger, more holistic way, we can make any job not only bearable, but exciting. We can strengthen ourselves in the process and learn to do a lot more. We can grow as individuals and become better people.

Not only is non violent revolution possible, it is necessary and desireable. First of six parts.

Everyone is born a human. Greater beings means a Saint, a Buddha, people of nobility and great virtues. Lesser beings are basically lay mortal beings. Some are born greater beings and some lesser beings. Why is that so?

Being awakened also means to realize the true purpose of life. In spiritual sense, a person becomes awakened when he realizes that his True Nature is very divine and that of a Buddha or The Enlightened One. He longs for returning to God’s kingdom.
