AQUARIUS: Is There Something MORE To This? Or Is It Just A Fling?

Ancient Eastern philosophers discovered through millennia of observing and meditating that we live in two very different worlds simultaneously. This belief is now apparent as reality presented by theories in Quantum physics. The material world of name and form, which we experience with our five sense perceptions, is a manifested, finite world of complex fluctuations.

Inner peace leads to outer peace. Our personal attitude of peace is a joint principle of non-harming (ahimsa) and acceptance of others. The only path to this mindset is Love. While fear, hatred, and violence are infectious, so is peace. The surest way toward a peaceful world, is for each of us to manifest our own presence of peace.

The love for Allah is the “light of the faith”. As belief progresses, a person is freed from his passions and addictions caused by the ego’s whim. The love and passion for Allah is a source of mercy and goodness that controls all harmful passions of the nafs. It can be accomplished by obeying orders of Allah (swt) and remembering Him as much as possible. Remembering Allah (dhikr) is so important that, it is ordered in Qur’an: “Remembrance of Allah is the greatest (thing in life)” Dhikr is the easiest but the most fructuous worship.

Having a sense of direction does not come automatically. Having a sense of direction would be the result of having some idea of where you should be going…

Why do good things happen to bad people? The reasons for these seemingly unfair situations vary, but below are some possible explanations.

For centuries Christians have believed that the Bible is the Word of God. And so I’m fascinated by the way the Bible describes itself.

In Mark 3:22-30 we read about an encounter between Jesus and the leaders of first century Judaism. Jesus was in Galilee, traveling from town to town, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, teaching the Word of God, and demonstrating his divine power by healing the sick and driving out demons.

To remember something as important as reincarnation and then to have it erased from one’s mind is a nasty consequence of religious brainwashing. Fortunately, in my case, that didn’t happen as a different language to parents helped keep it fresh.

Almost daily I read of someone who is requesting prayer for healing. Many Christians actually believe God is glorified in their testimony as they take on the challenge of acceptance. God is not glorified in sickness. To accept a lie is to accept defeat. It is written in Revelation 12: 9: “the devil deceives the whole world.” God’s word is specific and clear when it comes to what is available to the church today. What can you do when it comes to healing?

Recently in a meeting of my networking group, I listened intently to our presenter who spoke about creating a business strategy, vision, mission, all the steps we need to take to create success in business. All the words were right, and the ideas sound, yet I felt there was a disconnection inside of what she was saying.

Some esoteric questions can set us on a journey of discovery in the direction of ‘Know thyself.’ One of them is related to this matter of freeing ourselves from the impact of society that corrupts our awareness. Can we fulfill our worldly responsibilities and yet not get threaded into the psychological fabric of society?
