Spiritual warfare requires responding to attacks with the Shield of Faith. Sometimes the attacks come at our thoughts with the power of suggestion. Other times it may be in the form of sickness, accidents, poverty, or tragedy. In all cases, we must react immediately to the attack with faith.

The Bible is full of scripture that tells us our salvation is a free gift of God and our actions cannot get us to heaven because of our sinful nature. One example is Romans 10:9-10 where we are told if we confess with our mouth and believe in our heart, we will be saved.

Is there really such a thing as reincarnation? If so, then why don’t we remember our past lives? To start with, there’s the possibility that our forgetfulness is due to a bit of cosmic mercy. Our fragile minds probably couldn’t simultaneously process all the memories: the joys, pains, humiliations, triumphs, confusion, doubts, and so forth gathered in this life let alone all our other lifetimes.

I remember the title of the book “How To Know God” by Deepak Chopra very well. I bought it. But I have always been tickled by the word God purely because it is a man made word that spells dog backwards and ever since I first realized that little fact the word has never sat squarely with me.

The shift coming up for 2012 is the end of one cycle and the beginning of a new one. We have been feeling the up and coming energy of the new cycle for several decades, but not until recently have we been really coming to terms with all the change. Beginning with an internal shift in our perspective that has affected everything in our lives. When we feel different we interact with everything in life.

A careful study of a wonderfully human and frail man named King David offers each of us a look at the kind of heart God intends for men and women, alike, to possess. David was a man that sinned and made mistakes, just as we do, but he had a relationship with God that was based on David’s unquestioned love for his Creator. If we are going to become all that Jesus died for us to become, and if we are going to affect this world in the way God intends for us to, then we will have to develop and maintain hearts like King David’s heart…

There are many ways to experience the inner worlds. Some are very difficult (meditation, the whirling dervish) and others are not safe for the physical body (hallucinogenic drugs like LSD, peyote, and psilocybin). The easiest way to have an OBE (out of body experience), so one can explore the inner worlds, is through dreaming. Most people don’t realize this but dreams are real experiences that the soul is having while the ego is shut down.

The question of whether people new to Buddhism should meditate is a difficult one. Obviously meditation is the way that most Westerners are introduced to Buddhism and, in fact, often their only Buddhist practice is meditation.

Any form of the word visualization seems to cause a lot of controversy in the Christian world. I’m not talking about conjuring up your spirit guide or anything like that. What I’m referring to is in the area of setting goals. Seeing what it is you want to accomplish. We all do it but without attaching the “mysterious” word – visualization.

Are we getting a bit full of ourselves? Has pride taken over our Christian wal? How about a confidence that we can handle anything that comes our way? True, confidence is a good thing in the right respects, as long as we glory or brag on ourselves.

I cannot say enough about the importance of clearing your aura. This article will emphasize the importance of clearing your aura to remove spiritual, emotional and other negative energies so they do not manifest in the mind as negative thinking or in the body as a physical problem.

Have you chosen to serve God in your youth? Well done for God has a reward for you not only in heaven but here on earth too. God will bless you and everything you do for you have decided to put his interests before yours. God will not watch as your enemies triumph over you. He will fight for you and make ways for you that no enemy will find.
