I believe God would never be satisfied with a sinful, imperfect human being such as I. But He is so merciful and loving that He wanted us to be satisfied with Him. As we seek His face, we gradually discover the things that would please Him and according to the book of Micah, there are three things God requires of us. At first it may seem vague but in the long run, it’ll fir our minds as we let the Holy Spirit habituate our soul and heart.

We are so much entangled with the fallacy that we are not loved, that we are alone in this world. We became frustrated due to our irrepressible feelings. We blame ourselves because we believe that we are the ones who hold our destiny. We thought that if a mistake has been made in our lives, we are to bear the consequences forever.

Chakras are linked to sound, color, behavior etc. They are wheel of energy centers in our bodies and are located between the base of the spine to the crown of the head. When these chakras are aligned we feel good, healthy and happy. We feel full of energy and are ready to take challenges as our confidence level is flowing high. But when these energy centers are blocked or out of balance we feel lethargic, sluggish and behave irrational.

Most of us must be aware of the seven chakra point in our body which are also known as wheel of energy. Other then these seven major chakra points, we also have few minor chakras. These minor chakras include, for example, centres of the palm, at the sole of the foot, behind each eye, in front of each ear, above each breast and at the back of the knee.

The second chakra is sacral chakra or “Syadisthana”. And it is directly linked to the ovaries and other sexual organ and reproductive cycle. It is symbolized by lotus with six petals and the color associated with it is orange.

Each one of us have energy centre in our body which supports our physical body and these energy centres are known as chakras. The word chakra is from a Sanskrit word which means wheel. The throat chakra which determines our ability to communicate is the 5th chakra in the row out of all the seven chakras.

As most of us aware that we are divided into 7 chakras and each chakra has a different function to play. In order to learn how to open up chakras first we will have to know about each chakra.

Chakras constantly send and receive energy and you experience energy through the most open chakras. If your third eye is open then you tend to deal with world on a mental level. If one’s sexual chakra is the most open then no matter what you receive from other, one will experience it on the sexual level. And if your heart chakra is most open then one inclines to experience life as love.

The fourth chakra which is heart chakra determines our capacity to give and receive love. When this chakra is balanced we experience warmth, passion, love and enjoy the company of friends and relatives. All our ancient scriptures teach the same universal language which is of love and have indicated that love can win hearts.

Human body is divided into seven chakras and each has different functional role to play. The heart chakra which symbolises love, passion, kindness, acceptance varies in every human being. If your heart chakra is closed you will have a lower level of feeling for other hence it becomes necessary that you learn how to open the heart chakra. More and more people are looking ways to connect with their spiritual self and are experimenting with various techniques in order to attain mental, physical and emotional satisfaction.
