Depression seems to be out there plaguing so many lives. Even knowing someone who is conflicted with depression creates mixed negative feelings. Depression may seem to be about the external things in life, but when most people look a little deeper they will see themselves that its not wants happening on the outside that really matters, it’s what’s happening on the inside.

True confession is owning up to the reality that our condition, our reality is different, distant and out of sync with who we really are. We are divine beings, gods, having a human experience. Our only confession should be to the inner knowing god, that in our petty reality, that what we have let ourselves become, is not the divine beings we truly are.
