Within every life is a motivation to move. Inspiration if you will. If we all imagine what absolute bliss is, happiness and love, we are faced with what can only be God.

Today the challenge facing humanity is to let go of the historic ways in which we have been controlling our lives through giving ourselves all kinds of agendas to accomplish without having our heart connected to what we’ve been doing. It’s as though we’ve used our minds to keep the divine (which lives in our heart) hostage all these centuries as we’ve been creating what we now see in the world today. The planet is not so much a reflection of what we’ve really desired within our hearts, not in the truest sense, but rather it is a reflection of…

Because the animal is so big, so the six blind men could only touch one part of it. And when asked about what does it look like they argue among themselves and kept on their own opinion. A blind man who touched its foot said the elephant was like a coconut tree. The other one who touched its tail said the elephant was like a snake.

If we learn to control our senses, then we can master our mind. We can become more successful by studying our own mind and improving our character.

One consensus we find amidst spiritual practice is the connection with the breath. Be it a symbolic representation of life bestowed upon us by a higher being or principal, a means of stilling the mind to come to a state of understanding of the world around us through ridding ourselves of opinion and expectation, or developing the ability to dissolve into an already existent current of energetic movement, we can agree that the breath and our existence are intimately connected in every dimension.

One single flower cannot be used to make a garland. The collection of many individuals is called society.

Nowadays, life has become very tough. There is so much hustle and bustle that it has effected the average age of human beings.

In the Ganesha Purana we come to understand the dilemma of King Somakanta, due to activities performed in a previous birth. In a previous lifetime he had to choose whether it was worthwhile to rob and kill an innocent Brahmin, considering the horrible karmic reaction accrued by performing such an atrocious act. What to speak of the reactions he had already incurred by murdering other innocent people, as well as animals. In the Sastras it is mentioned that the killing of women, children, the elderly, Brahmins, one’s guru, or the cows are strictly forbidden, or else horrible karma occurs.
