When we submit to the sovereignty of the LORD, we have our wills aligned to take us into peace and fullest magnitude of grace. From that position, as a status-of-outcome, motivation to take hold of it is assumed. We’ve everything to gain – unto our spiritual transcendence.

There are many times when we feel we have way too much to do. We know there are things going on in all areas of our lives that need attention; however, we are so busy in one area that the other parts of our lives tend to get left out.

The occurrence of a disaster is never a good time to make leverage for why environmental catastrophes happen, as world and regional leaders pull together in response and recovery efforts. But we cannot help to ponder if these events mean something significant for our future, as Christians and non-Christians alike sit stunned.

Whenever I appear in any layout I bring completion, attainment and fulfilment, a new world. I am the end yet the beginning, the alpha and omega. The end of something always implies the beginning of something and I offer you a new beginning, accept me into your psyche…

Words have power. They have the power to move people to tears or laughter. But there is one word which is most powerful. This word is the name of God. How can you this word with reverence so that its power can be effective in your life?

So, what does this all mean, how many times have we read this passage and not really paid any attention as to what the hidden meaning could be? Could it be the ancient texts are trying to tell us the very same things that are being relayed to us via the esoteric teachings? If we were created in God’s image, it only makes sense to originally have been created as a dual gender being.

When asked for a definition of the kingdom of God, my first response is from a chorus I learned to sing years ago. “Righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost, that’s the kingdom of God.” This verse comes from Romans 14:17, after Paul explained that living a kingdom life had nothing to do with eating or drinking, that is, rules, rituals and performance. Rather, living a kingdom life was a matter of your heart responding to the love of the King. It was a matter of obedience and seeking to be immersed in God’s ways of love, mercy and righteousness. The result would be the pleasant, divine gifts from God: peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

My approach is quite simple this month. To briefly talk about what entering into His rest really means and then I’ll discuss what I believe are the things that typically keep many of us from entering into His rest. The foundational Scripture is from Hebrews 4:1-10.

King Solomon’s solution for insomnia actually starts long before bedtime. He suggests that we solve the problem of worry-induced insomnia by doing certain things while we are awake. More specifically, according to King Solomon, we solve the problem of insomnia by making knowledgable decisions in life.

Many current scientific discoveries are raising issues that echo the fall of Atlantis. What are our choices now and how can we make sure we don’t repeat that same fatal pattern?
