It is a scientific fact that all things are composed of energy. We know that cells breakdown to molecules, molecules to atoms and atoms to pure energy. Thus, the entire universe is one flowing stream of vibrating energy, with no separation between those things that we perceive to be manifest into a state of “form”.

In Part I we talked about who our Higher Self/True Self is, how it manifests itself and what it does. In Part II we will begin to explore how we can discern the difference between the thoughts and voices of our Higher Self and those of our Ego. We will also learn how to connect more deeply and more frequently with our Higher Self and create a more joyful, loving, peaceful and prosperous life.

‘Bhakti’ is a path to explore and achieve enlightenment of the soul. Almighty has crafted the 9 paths in Shri MadBhaagwat Puraan for us to reach and be one with Him. Every path has its own uniqueness and opens the doors of spirituality.

If our entire identity is predicated on what we believe, then because there are 4,000 different religions in the world, somebody must necessarily be hiding behind something that is quite false, since every religion claims to be the one and only truth except for that one religion that you, the reader, belong to! All others must be false, which means that they are all hiding behind a falsehood.

I use to say, “that we see things from were we are”. However, a truer statement would be ”we see things according to how we are”. Think about it, we perceive from our emotions. An example would be, if I feel good, to me that is a good day. Then on the other hand, if I feel bad, I project my feeling bad out on to the world. It could be sunny and beautiful outside, but what is going on in me can make all the difference.

In the beginning when God created man, the Lord said, “It’s not good for man to be alone; I will make a helper for him” (Genesis 2:18). Truly the male dominated world has been responsible for countless wars, killing, violence, and oppression of peoples. Women make our populace civilized and give us grace. It is time we cherish and celebrate the gift of women, not just physically but entirely and embrace their contribution spiritually, economically, and intellectually. As we do we as a people shall increase in wisdom, understanding, and authority.

It has been said the animals are guardians of the soul. In a world of materialism, consumerism, and relentless comparison truly animals show love unconditionally showing us a higher way spiritually. Truly it’s the little things in life that are most meaningful, fun, and rewarding. Animals help keep us mindful and present of these daily blessings, while strengthening the power of our own presence.

Acquisition of knowledge requires sufficient growth of the mind of the student. People often try to understand religion without undergoing the process of spiritual evolution. These people often understand only the words of the religion and not the meaning of the scriptures. If you wish to have the proper understanding of God and religion, you have to pass through the stages of body, mind and intelligence to evolve yourself to the stage of spirit.
