Holding on to resentment toward someone depletes your energy, delays spiritual progression and growth, and makes your life more stressful. Forgiveness will not make you let your guard down, make you overly-vulnerable, or allow the troublemaker to continue hurting you if you don’t want it to. In fact, it will make you stronger and possibly even protect you from further harm.

Very often in life young people ask “What should I do for a living? The answer to that question is centered around your neighbor and his problems. Sometimes we get so wrapped up with our own problems that we fail to see that those problems others may be having too and maybe we could use that skill we developed to help others.

As human beings, we are always depending on our limited knowledge. But the Bible tells us clearly not to depend or lean own that finite understanding. We need to trust in God’s infinite knowledge and understanding.

Healing. What is it exactly and how does it happen? Is there a way we can help healing happen in our lives? Perhaps you, like me, have been puzzled by questions such as these. Truthfully, healing has always confused and mystified me. As a Registered Nurse, certified in Holistic Nursing, I have spent 30 years searching for a clearer understanding of the how, what, where and why of healing. The common theme I have noticed is this: In the living of our lives, there is always a need for healing.

Psalm 46:1 “God is our refuge and our strength, a VERY present help in trouble.” He is on the job 24/7. He doesn’t leave us when times get tough. When no one else understands, and we can’t even explain how we feel, God is there, always understanding, always ready to hold us, to carry us and to see us through! His peace passes all of our understanding.

Sometimes it is not easy to trust God. When things seem to be going wrong, when people let you down, when you’re hurting, when your finances are not good, when you or someone you love is sick, or when various trials and problems come your way, it can be difficult to trust God to take care of things. But in order to get through this life here on earth, we must trust God.

In his book “Zero Limits”, Dr. Joe Vitale talks about the three stages of awakening. I don’t recollect exactly what he called them or said about each one, but when I am tempted to judge someone (or myself), I find it useful to remember them. The Three Stages are: (1) The Puppet, (2) The Puppeteer, and (3) The Puppet/Puppeteer.

Those who are serious about their marriages want to be the best spouse they possibly can. The spiritual circuit offers a three-node way of being the best spouse possible. By attaching yourself to all of these nodes your marriage will surely improve.

This article exposes the truth about a loving, covenant-keeping God. The more we know about the covenant, the more we can live an abundant life on this planet.
