The vineyard imagery is thick with meaning. Essentially we’re reliant on God if we hope to live a fruitful life. This verse of Scripture might be more a reminder against idolatry – which is our virulently foolish way of walking away from God even for a moment – than anything else.

When someone casts a spell for either white or black magic, an energy structure is formed. In white magic the vibration of these structures attract to the person the subject of the spell. For instance, a spell for money is to attract money and a spell for love is to attract love. Those who use black magic form similar complexes, but for a different purpose. Unlike the higher vibration ones of the white incantations, these are low vibration complexes which either repel the good, attract negativity, or both.

We are surrounded by clues – that require a perception shift to interpret – that lead to a treasure so huge that it can never be counted or measured. This treasure is available now, forever and for all without bounds. We may use this treasure one teaspoon at a time, or by the truckloads, it’s our choice. More accurately stated, once again it is our perception, of how it works and what we deserve, that both reveals the treasure and distributes it to us.

We ought to never tire of the root of the gospel message – Jesus hung on the cross for our eternal sin. And he alone is now worthy… entirely worthy… of so many innumerable things.

There are certain features of character that give us away to the will of our own hearts, despite what God has planned for us and to those ends. One of these things is boasting; of our resources, abilities and wise schemes accomplished.

When we’re disposed to God, and only to the things of God, ultimately there is peace, for nothing else truly competes. Nothing can compare. Nothing can break through. But humanity’s chalice is to occasionally forget this; such is God’s grace, however, that we’ll constantly be called back to it.
