Until you reach a certain age, then something funny begins to happen as at first the physical body seems to reach a tipping point when this natural growth process seems to come to a halt and for some strange reason begins to reverse itself, beginning a long downward spiral that we call the aging process. The body itself begins to deteriorate, becoming less active, less vigorous, it gains weight, loses muscle mass, becomes less mentally astute, the skin loses its elasticity and wrinkles form, the hair whitens and we hate it.

“It only hurts when it is time to get up!” Wow. Isn’t He good? It’s so true. When the alarm goes off it hurts, but once you are up it is no problem.

There are two key elements to change and they are desire and decision. There must be within you the desire for a greater change in yourself and your life. There as well should be a decision to do everything needed in order for that change to become a reality.

There are many ways to ensure this continual growth in all areas – physical, mental and spiritual development are all important. The energy centers in your body play an important part in this process of development in every area. It is vital that these energy centers are cleared from time to time.

Being spiritual does involve working for the highest good of all concerned but here is the misconception – it does not mean excusing every behavior. That falls under the umbrella we are given by society the ‘You should always do the right thing’. And I would ask who judges what the ‘right’ thing is and why should we feel obligated to fix rescue or put our own needs aside to do this ‘right’ thing.
